Juffali Parts Dammam

Juffali is one of the oldest and largest trading and distribution houses in Saudi Arabia, and its name is familiar to almost every fleet manager and workshop owner in the Eastern Province. Through its various divisions, the group distributes genuine parts, lubricants and operating fluids for a wide range of trucks, buses and heavy equipment, and its AdBlue (diesel exhaust fluid) is one of the most widely used in the Kingdom for Euro-emissions diesel engines fitted with selective catalytic reduction (SCR).

OZwheel sources and supplies Juffali-distributed parts and fluids for workshops and fleets working around Dammam. Whether you need a drum of AdBlue for a queue of trucks waiting at the port, a branded lubricant for a scheduled service, or help identifying a part that falls under Juffali's distribution, send us the truck's details on WhatsApp and we will tell you plainly what we can supply.

Fleets sometimes ask why the brand behind an AdBlue drum matters at all, since the fluid itself is a simple urea-water mixture. The answer is consistency: a batch that is slightly under-strength or contaminated will not damage the engine immediately, but it will eventually trigger an SCR fault code, and on some modern trucks a persistent fault can trigger a power derate until the fluid or the fault is corrected. Buying from a distributor with consistent quality control removes that risk from the ordering decision.

AdBlue, lubricants and parts distribution

Juffali's role in the Saudi truck parts market covers three broad areas that fleets and workshops ask us about most.

  • AdBlue (DEF): a urea-water solution injected into the exhaust stream of SCR-equipped diesel engines to cut nitrogen oxide emissions, supplied in drums, IBC totes and smaller workshop containers.
  • Lubricants and fluids: engine oils, coolants and other operating fluids matched to the service intervals of the trucks and equipment Juffali's principals distribute.
  • OE-matched parts: components sourced through Juffali's distribution network for the truck and equipment brands it represents in Saudi Arabia.

Why fleets stick with a known distribution source

Because Juffali operates at national distribution scale, the fluids and parts that move through its network are sourced and quality-checked consistently, which matters most on an SCR system that has little tolerance for out-of-specification fluid. This same distribution reach also covers a broad parts catalogue beyond fluids, spanning the truck and equipment brands the group represents in Saudi Arabia, so a workshop that trusts the fluid quality often finds the same reliability in the parts.

Which trucks need AdBlue and Juffali-distributed fluids

Any current-generation diesel truck built to meet Euro IV emissions standards or higher will carry an SCR system and therefore an AdBlue tank alongside the diesel tank. That covers the large majority of heavy trucks working in and around Dammam.

  • Mercedes-Benz Actros and Arocs models fitted with OM470 or OM471 engines
  • Volvo FH, FM and FMX models running D11 or D13 engines
  • MAN TGS and TGX models with SCR-equipped D26-series engines
  • Sinotruk (CNHTC) HOWO models built to Euro III, IV or V specification with SCR systems

Older trucks without SCR

Older Euro II and Euro III trucks without SCR do not use AdBlue at all. Check the engine bay for a second filler cap before ordering, or send us the chassis number and we will confirm whether your truck needs it.

Why an early AdBlue warning should not wait

A truck that suddenly loses power on the highway with an AdBlue warning lit is not a fault to postpone. Modern SCR systems escalate a fluid-quality or fluid-level fault through several warning stages before imposing a speed or torque limit, precisely to protect the emissions system and the vehicle's compliance status, so treat an early warning as the cheaper stage to fix.

Storing and handling AdBlue in Eastern Province heat

AdBlue is sensitive to temperature. It stays stable for a reasonable period when kept below around 30 degrees Celsius, but Dammam's summer yard temperatures regularly run well past that, and a drum left in direct sun on a trailer bed degrades far faster than one kept in shade or an enclosed store. Degraded AdBlue can crystallise in the injector lines and dosing module, a repair that costs far more than the fluid itself.

Dust is the second hazard. A filler cap left open even briefly during a yard fill-up lets fine sand into the tank, which can block the dosing injector. Fleets filling AdBlue in the open, dusty conditions of a port or industrial yard should keep the filler capped between uses and wipe the neck before opening it.

A simple rule works well in Dammam's yards: store AdBlue drums under cover, out of direct sun, and rotate stock so older drums are used first rather than left standing through a second summer.

Juffali parts and AdBlue questions from Dammam fleets

Does OZwheel sell Juffali AdBlue in bulk for a fleet?

We can supply AdBlue in drums and larger containers for fleets that go through significant volume. Message us with your truck count and typical consumption on WhatsApp and we will confirm what we can source.

How do I know if my truck needs AdBlue at all?

Look for a second filler cap next to the diesel filler, usually marked blue or labelled AdBlue or DEF. If your truck is Euro IV specification or newer it almost certainly has an SCR system and needs AdBlue. Send us the chassis number if you are not sure and we will check.

Can OZwheel also supply engine and filter parts alongside Juffali fluids?

Yes. Alongside AdBlue and lubricants we supply engine, filtration and electrical parts for the same trucks, so a workshop can order fluids and the parts for a service in one message.

Is OZwheel an authorized Juffali dealer?

No. OZwheel is an independent parts supplier and we source and supply Juffali-distributed products and equivalents for the trucks our customers run. We are happy to explain exactly what we can offer before you order.

What happens if I run out of AdBlue on the road?

Most modern SCR-equipped trucks will not restart once the AdBlue tank runs completely dry and the fault escalates, so carry a spare container on long routes such as the Riyadh run. Keep the spare in the cab rather than exposed to full sun in the load bed.
